  • 1 oz Iced Coffee Concentrate: Unsweetened – Regular OR Decaf
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup
  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz water OR half and half creamer
  • Optional: Coconut flakes for the rim

How to make a coconut espresso martini

  1. Start by chilling your martini glass: Fill the glass with ice water and let sit while you prep your cocktail.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until well combined.
  3. Strain the coconut espresso martini into your chilled martini glass and enjoy! If you plan to make a coconut rim, empty the martini glass after chilling, dip the rim in the coconut syrup, and then dip into coconut flakes before pouring the cocktail.

  • 1 oz Coffee Concentrate: Regular or Decaf – Can be subbed for a coffee liqueur for a stronger cocktail

  • 1/2 oz Coconut Syrup

  • 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka

  • 1 oz Filtered Water OR Half & Half Creamer

  • Optional: Toasted Coconut Flakes for the rim

  • I like the Monin Coconut Syrup for this Coconut Espresso Martini
  • Make sure that you are using a cold brew CONCENTRATE not a pre-diluted coffee for this recipe.
  • Choose a coffee concentrate that is not already sweetened since the coconut syrup adds the sweetness to this coconut espresso martini
