Ingredients:

This raspberry espresso martini recipe calls for 5 ingredients:

  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 2 oz Chilled Espresso
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 tsp White Chocolate Sauce

How to make a raspberry espresso martini:

  • Start by chilling your serving glass: Fill the glass with ice water and allow it to chill while you prep the ingredients.
  • Combine 1 oz Vanilla Vodka, 1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur, 2 oz Chilled Espresso, 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup, and 1 tsp of white chocolate sauce to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well combined.
  • Empty the chilled glass, then pour the Raspberry Espresso Martini and garnish with 3 fresh raspberries on a cocktail stick and 3 whole coffee beans before serving (or enjoying!)

How to make homemade raspberry simple syrup:

If you can’t get your hands on a pre-made raspberry simple syrup, or you prefer a homemade flavor, make yours ahead of time and store it in the fridge!

Combine 1/4 cup filtered water with 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 cup fresh (or frozen) raspberries in a small saucepan.

Allow the sugar to dissolve on medium heat stirring occasionally. Then, mash the raspberries and allow the mixture to cool completely before straining the raspberries out.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week to use in your Raspberry Espresso Martini.

When to serve a Raspberry Espresso Martini:

This Raspberry Espresso Martini is the perfect after-dinner drink or a unique cocktail to impress your guests at your next gathering. Its complex flavors and elegant presentation make it a true standout. Try this easy twist on the classic cocktail at your next Summer get-together.

Cheers!

Notes

  • I use 1883, Monin, or Torani raspberry syrups for this Raspberry Espresso Martini, but you can make a homemade simple syrup too if you can’t get your hands on those: Combine 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1 cup raspberries and heat them in a sauce pan until the sugar has dissolved. Mash the raspberries and allow the simple syrup to cool completely before straining it. Save the left over raspberry simple syrup in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
