Ingredients:

This pear mocktail is so easy to make once you’ve made a batch of the rosemary simple syrup to save in the refrigerator! This pear mocktail is the ideal Fall evening treat because of how simple it is to throw together.

Pull out your simple syrup, then, in a pitcher, add 1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup, 2 cups pear juice, and 2 cup soda water. Stir until combined and serve immediately. This makes 4 servings but feel free to use my recipe card below to adjust the amounts of each ingredient to your desired servings!

How to make rosemary simple syrup for this pear mocktail:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  • Bring the sugar, water, and rosemary to a boil. Then immediately turn down to low to allow the syrup to simmer. This syrup is one of the main components for making a delicious pear mocktail.
  • Stir the syrup frequently while the sugar dissolves.
  • Once dissolved, remove from heat, remove rosemary springs, and allow the simple syrup to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the fridge. Use within 5 days.
