What is in the Starbucks Caramel Apple Spice?
In Starbucks’ caramel apple spice, they use Apple juice, their cinnamon dolce syrup, whipped cream, and caramel sauce.
Cinnamon Syrup
Their cinnamon dolce syrup has become harder to find over the years so I’ve been experimenting with other options. So far, my favorite has been the Monin Cinnamon Bun syrup. This retails for $11 USD on their website, making it a great affordable option too for the season. A 750ml bottle of their syrups usually lasts me at least 3 months if I’m using it everyday.
Caramel Sauce
For this Starbucks Caramel Apply Spice copycat recipe I love the Torani Caramel Sauce. The squeeze bottle is perfect for the caramel drizzle and the flavor is smooth and buttery. You can also make your own caramel sauce though if you prefer. It’s so easy and if you have the time to make a batch, nothing beats homemade caramel sauce!
