Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp Salted butter, softened
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
How to make a chocolate chip cheese ball:
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. Do this by hand with a spoon or spatula.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape it into a ball, then wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Before serving, roll the chilled cheese ball in additional mini chocolate chips.
- Serve and enjoy!
